To ensure a seamless and transparent shopping experience, please review our streamlined shipping and fulfillment policies below. By placing an order, you agree to these terms by default.
1. Global Warehouses & Shipping Timeframes
We operate regional fulfillment centers across the US, UK, EU, CA, AU, and China. To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders are automatically dispatched from the warehouse nearest to your location.
📦 Please Note: Products from the same order may arrive in separate packages or at different times depending on stock availability at our various fulfillment centers.

Tracking Your Order: Once shipped, a confirmation email with a unique tracking number will be sent to you. First tracking updates typically appear within 3–5 days after the carrier scans the parcel. You can also view your status anytime under "My Account" $\rightarrow$ "My Order".
2. Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions

We Do Not Ship To: P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or specific outlying territories (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico).

If you reside in these areas and wish to arrange special delivery, please contact us individually via live chat or email to calculate custom freight.

Remote Area Fees: Carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) charge extra fees for addresses they classify as "remote areas." If your address falls into this zone, our team will contact you regarding the remote surcharge prior to dispatch.

Large Format Machines: Due to its massive size, models like the Comgrow T500 (and select heavy models like SV08 Max) may incur additional heavy-freight shipping surcharges at checkout depending on the destination.
3. Taxes & Customs Duties
Please note that product prices do not include local import duties or VAT unless stated below:

Shipments from the EU warehouse to non-EU states (Norway, Switzerland, and the UK).

All shipments dispatched directly from China to the EU, UK, and other international destinations.

Cross-border shipments from the AU warehouse to New Zealand, or the US warehouse to Mexico.

⚠️ Customs Rejection: Customs taxes are levied by your local government and are beyond our control. We declare the actual website purchase value by default. If you reject a package due to high customs fees, we will issue a refund once the parcel safely returns to our warehouse.
4. Order Cancellations, Modifications & Package Verification

Fast Turnaround: We begin prepping your order immediately after payment verification. Because of this fast turnaround, we cannot guarantee order cancellations or modifications once an order enters our fulfillment pipeline. Unpaid orders will automatically close after 24 hours.

Inspect Before Signing: Our 3D printer kits are packed in secure, modular packaging. However, please inspect the box thoroughly upon delivery. If it is heavily deformed or open, do not sign for it.

The 48-Hour Claim Rule: Once a package is signed for, it is legally deemed accepted in good condition. To protect yourself against hidden damages or missing parts, we highly recommend filming a complete unboxing video. Any discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with video proof.

Product Iterations: To optimize performance, we occasionally update product packaging or internal hardware components. New and old versions may ship alternately; webpage photos are for reference only.
5. Fair Purchase & Anti-Fraud Policy (Blacklisting)
To protect authentic hobbyists and maintain a fair marketplace, Comgrow reserves the right to cancel orders, intercept shipments, or ban accounts if malicious buying behavior is detected. This includes:

Unauthorized bulk purchasing with intent to commercially resell our products.

Exploiting obvious system pricing glitches (purchasing quantities over 10 of a mispriced item).

Using multiple associated accounts (same IP, device, or address) to bypass promotional limits.

Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, returning products inconsistent with the order, or fabricating false proof.
